S.H.A.R.E. Preparing for the Future

The S.H.A.R.E. Board, Project Managers and Officers met in Norval on February 11, 2023 to map out a strategic plan for the future. The planning session was led by Gary Walker, to guide the participants through the process to develop a plan. It was a very productive day and the work done resulted in 14 actionable items to assist S.H.A.R.E. into a successful future. At the May board meeting, The Board, Project Managers and Officers stepped up to take on the various tasks and associated action plans to move forward. We see this as a process that needs to happen every few years so that S.H.A.R.E. can remain a healthy, relevant and growing charity making the best use of resources and making our much appreciated monetary donations get the best results to the impoverished communities we work in.
