Verlene, 22, is the mother of Saskia, a now vibrant 15-
month-old.
Before receiving her first business package and starting
her business, Verlene struggled with the everyday
difficulties of life and spoke often about her hardships.
Today, Verlene’s smile tells a different story. When you

and a sense of optimism. Her situation has changed
drastically as a result of starting her business.
